AI development for companies
AI in production, not in a demo.
We design, build and maintain your AI agents, products and processes. An engineer works with your teams through to production, then we stay on to run it.
- Engineer deployed with your team
- Your code, your data
- Your choice of model
The problem
Demos impress. Production is another matter.
Many companies have a prototype. Few have an agent running every day, in their systems, under their control. We start from the other end: production first.
Your data lives in ten systems.
ERP, CRM, business tools, documents: a prototype goes around them, an agent in production must plug into them properly.
Nobody maintains the prototype.
Models change, and so do processes. Without a team to measure and fix, quality quietly declines.
Security comes last.
Access, permissions, sensitive data, human approval: when they come at the end, that is where the project stops.
What we build
Three ways to put AI to work.
Custom agents
Agents connected to your systems, following your rules, that prepare or carry out the work.
- Customer service, finance, legal, operations
- Permissions and a log of every action
- Built into your tools, not one more tool
AI products
AI features in your products and internal applications, for your customers or your teams.
- Assistants inside your applications
- Search and answers over your documents
- From prototype to production release
Process optimization
We redesign a process end to end before tooling it, so AI serves the real work.
- Mapping and measuring the current process
- Steps removed before being automated
- Indicators tracked before and after
Our approach
Diagnostic, build, run.
A fixed fee to scope and build, a subscription to run. Each step has its deliverable, and you can stop after any of them.
Step 1: Diagnostic
We meet your teams, map processes, data and systems, then size each case: expected gain, difficulty, risk.
Step 2: Build
A forward deployed engineer builds with your teams, in your tools. Staged rollout: first the agent suggests, then it acts on what you authorize.
Step 3: Run
We operate, measure and improve: monitoring, evaluations, model updates, new features. You stay in control of permissions.
Forward deployed engineer
An engineer with your team, not a report.
Our engineers work right next to your teams: they watch the real work, access your systems with your IT team and ship something that runs every week.
It is the forward deployed engineer model, born at Palantir: the person who builds is the person who listens. Nothing gets lost between the need and the code.
What a forward deployed engineer does ›- Monday
A day with the customer service team: listen, watch, note where the time goes.
- Tuesday
Access to the systems, with your IT team. First tests on real requests.
- Wednesday
First agent in suggestion mode: it prepares, the advisors decide.
- Thursday
Review with the advisors. What is wrong gets fixed the same day.
- Friday
Check-in with the sponsor: the week’s measures, decision on next steps.
Use cases
By function, where time gets lost.
Whatever your industry, the same teams carry the same repetitive work. Here is what we build for each of them.
Customer service
Request triage, drafted answers with their sources, first line on chat and phone.
Finance
Matching, collections, expenses and close, every figure tied to its document.
Legal and compliance
Contract review against your playbook, deadlines, compliance questionnaires.
Operations
Orders keyed into the ERP, supplier delays, stock, quality and schedules.
Sales
Qualified leads, prepared meetings, an up-to-date CRM, answers to tenders.
Internal knowledge
An assistant that answers your teams from your documents, sources cited, permissions respected.
Security and control
Your systems, your rules.
Security is decided on day one, not on the last day. We build in your environment, with your access controls and your approvals.
Deployed on your side
In your cloud or on your servers, behind your access controls.
Your code, your data
The code is delivered to your repository. No lock-in.
Your choice of model
Claude, GPT, Mistral or open source, depending on the task and your constraints.
A person decides
Sending, publishing, paying: according to the permissions you set.
The proof
We built Extra.
Extra is our own product: eight specialized AI agents for small businesses, with permissions, memory and a log of every action. We designed, built and launched it ourselves.
What we learned doing it, we apply to your projects: agents that ask before acting, say what they read and introduce themselves as AI.

Questions
What people ask us.
Who is Extra Enterprise for?
Companies that want to put AI into production in their own processes: mid-sized companies, large groups and their business units. For a small business looking for ready-made agents, there is Extra.
How much does it cost?
The diagnostic and the build are fixed-fee, agreed before we start. Run is a monthly subscription. Every project is quoted after a first call.
Where is our data?
Where you decide. We deploy in your cloud or on your servers if needed, and choose the model and its hosting with you. The code and the data stay yours.
Which AI models do you use?
The one that fits the task: Claude, GPT, Mistral or an open-source model hosted on your side, depending on the quality required, the cost and your constraints. The architecture lets you switch without rebuilding everything.
How is this different from Extra?
Extra gives small businesses eight ready-made agents, by subscription. Extra Enterprise builds what does not exist yet for you: your agents, your products, your processes, with an engineer alongside your teams. Same team, same standards.
